Supervision

The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure may issue orders in case of violation of the Frequency Act or rules and terms. Violation of certain regulations in the Act may be punishable by a fine

The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure supervises compliance with the Frequency Act and rules and terms laid down in pursuance of the Frequency Act. In case of interference supervision will mainly be undertaken on the basis of complaints received.

In this supervision top priority will be given to cases involving interference that may cause danger to human life or health. Next The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure will prioritise cases involving interference that cannot cause danger to human life or health cases involving other violations of the Frequency Act and the rules and terms laid down in pursuance of the Frequency Act.
