The digital transformation is currently proceeding. 5G will be used to bring Denmark amongst the best countries when it comes to digital infrastructure, new technology and use of the resources and possibilities within these areas.
Hence, the regulation must be clear and transparent, and the forthcoming challenges must be examined to make the implementation as efficiently as possible.
The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure participates in collaborations and projects about how to use 5G and which frequencies should be used. The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure follows use cases and tests exercised around the world to gain more knowledge about the technology.
To encourage the research and use of 5G, The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure will hand out a 5G award to projects that can bring Denmark amongst the best countries using 5G technology.
